Referral Coordinator

Margo Hart came to EPT after a corporate career of 15+ years. She is the first person that you will come into contact with at EPT and she can help you navigate through all of your referral and insurance questions. She is the backbone of EPT and when someone has a problem, Margo can fix it.
In her free time she enjoys playing dolls with her two daughters, baking lasagna and reading mystery novels.

Melissa Andrews-Salvia

Speech and Language Pathologist

Melissa graduated from Minot State University in North Dakota with a master’s degree in speech-language pathology. She has experience working with children and adults in a variety of settings and enjoys helping children learn to communicate more effectively. She spent several years as a stay-at-home mom and military spouse and is excited to be working with children and their families at EPT. In July of 2014, she won an Award for Continuing Education (ACE) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, as well as volunteering at church, reading, and jogging.

Rolinda Joan Beltran

Speech and Language Pathologist

Joan is originally from the Philippines where she earned her Bachelor’s in Speech-Language Pathology in 2000.  There she practiced the profession for at least five years before she moved to Singapore and continued her practice for a year. When the opportunity to come to the US presented itself, she moved to New York where she worked as a Teacher of Speech and Hearing Handicapped in an Early Intervention setting while working on her Masters in Communication Disorders and Sciences. On 2013, she graduated with distinction from California State University-Northridge and has since worked with the pediatric population.

During her free time, she loves to hang out with friends and family, watch movies, dine out, bike, and most recently, sing lullabies to her firstborn daughter.

Physical Therapist

Sapna has 16 years of experience as a physical therapist.  She has experience in adult and pediatric population with various injuries and diagnosis. She enjoys working with kids and adults helping them recover from their injuries to allow return to their everyday activities. It is important to her that kids and adults regain their strength and keep a fit and healthy lifestyle.
She has 2 boys enjoys running, working out, and spending time with my family and friends during her free time.

Speech and Language Pathologist

Emily graduated with her Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Western Illinois University.  She has been a Speech-Language Pathologist for 6 years.  She truly enjoys working with children to help facilitate their communication and language skills and her true passion is remediating language deficits.  Emily spends much of her spare time traveling and appreciating the foods throughout the world.

Sara Zielinski

Sara Zielinski

Occupational Therapist

Sara graduated with her Master’s Degree in occupational therapy from Western Michigan University. She has experience working with children in a variety of settings including schools, daycare centers, children’s homes, and in the clinic. A child’s ‘occupation’ is to play, learn, explore, and interact with their environment and the people within their life. Sara hopes to help each child she works with to be able to develop these skills to the best of their ability.

In her free time, Sara enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, two daughters, and dog.

Yolanda Hernandez

Massage Therapist

Yolanda is a graduate from Rockford Career College and received her license in massage therapy.  Over the years she has worked in spas, salons, and for Chiropractors.  She loves helping people to feel better physically and emotionally through her massage.  Yolanda believes that massage therapy is much more more than relaxation, but offers countless benefits for all ages.  She loves to bring her positive energy to others through massage therapy and her favorite modalities include Swedish, Myofascial Release, and Deep Tissue while incorporating stretching and joint mobilization.  She loves the Caribbean sea and palm trees.  Yolanda’s recipe for life is family, good friends, dance and massage.

Speech and Language Pathologist

Maureen graduated from St. Xavier University with her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She gained great experience with clients across their lifespans, from birth to geriatrics. Maureen’s true passion is working with children. She finds it rewarding to help clients at EPT find their voice and learn how to communicate effectively. Maureen also enjoys helping children with feeding/swallowing disorders and their families work towards improving their skills and supporting their quality of life.

In her free time, Maureen enjoys spending time with family and friends, baking, and going on dates with her husband.

Speech and Language Pathologist, EI Coordinator

Heather Corbett is back to EPT by popular demand. Heather is our EI coordinator and can help families and therapists alike to navigate the EI system. She is also a treating therapist at EPT and has extensive work in a variety of pediatric settings including: home based services, schools and private clinics.In her free time she enjoys banjo, fine dining and watching Dancing With The Stars. We are so glad to have Heather back on our team.

Amanda Odegaard

Amanda Odegaard

Occupational Therapy Assistant

Amanda came to EPT after spending three years at Barrington Orthopedic Specialists. She discovered her interest in Occupational Therapy after working with children with sensory processing disorder and autism spectrum disorder. She is working towards her Autism Certification.
In her free time she enjoys going to restaurants, spending time with her friends and family and walking her dog.

Rebecca Sheade

Rebecca Sheade

Occupational Therapist

Rebecca received her master’s in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University where she studied Constraint Induced Movement Therapy and led her towards her interest of working with children with neuromuscular disorders.  She has studied: CIMT, Neuro-developmental treatment, kinesiotaping and sensory integration at the University of Southern California.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys reading with her two kids, doing yoga and walking the dog in the forest preserve.
